Shipping Policy

MIM Shipping Policy

After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. Business days DO NOT INCLUDE weekends or holidays. Processing time may be extended during or after holidays and promotional sales. Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday, until 4:00pm and Saturday, until 12:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. 

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and abroad (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.). Please note: All orders of $100 or more will require a signature at delivery. If being delivered to a PO box. All packages require signature. If you are not available to sign at the time of delivery, your tracking will be updated with a nearby access point where you can pick up the package. If the package is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be sent back to us. In this case, an invoice will be sent to you to repay the shipping fee. If it is not paid within 3 business days, you will receive store credit and your items will be restocked online. 

Made In Monroe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, Made In Monroe will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS ( 1-800-742-5877) for further assistance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After processing is complete, all orders ship in 1 to 5 business days, and 2 to 4 weeks for International delivery. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information. 

Pre Order Shipping Time: 

Please read product description for preorder items (usually takes 5-7 business days.) Pre Order items ship on or prior to the date specified on the product page. 

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS THAT MAY RESULT FROM USPS OR NATURAL OCCURRENCES. 

We use current US & DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY COSTS and fees to determine our shipping fees at checkout. (Same applies for international shipping.) 

Holiday Season/Covid-19 Shipping Delays

The Made In Monroe team works hard to fulfill orders in a timely manner so you guys can enjoy your pieces as soon as possible! Due to the record holiday season rush on top of the COVID-19 staff shortages, postal services are experiencing delays.

Once your order is fulfilled by the Made In Monroe team, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking information. At this time, the package is taken to the post office to begin the delivery process. As a result of the overwhelming amount of shipments at this time, the post office is not updating all tracking numbers during the transit process and are only updating tracking once delivered. This will cause some tracking updates left at “label created” although the shipment is already in possession of the post office. 

Once orders are given to the postal service, it is out of our control and we do not have any additional information than what is provided with the tracking number. We thank you for your understanding & patience during this time.
